Sitrin Health Care Center is excited to offer new, highly competitive pay rates for all nursing positions along with sign-on bonus! 

The new rates are as follows:

CNA:

7a to 3p          New base rate is $17.50, but, can make up to $23.50 an hour based on experience

3p to 11p         New base rate is $18.25, but, can make up to $24.25 an hour based on experience

11p to 7a         New base rate is $18.75, but, can make up to $24.75 an hour based on experience

LPN:

7a to 3p          New base rate is $24.50, but, can make up to $30.50 an hour based on experience

3p to 11p         New base rate is $25.75, but, can make up to $31.75 an hour based on experience

11p to 7a         New base rate is $26.00, but, can make up to $32.00 an hour based on experience

Floor RN:

7a to 3p          New base rate is $32.00, but, can make up to $38.00 an hour based on experience

3p to 11p         New base rate is $33.00, but, can make up to $39.00 an hour based on experience

11p to 7a         New base rate is $34.00, but, can make up to $40.00 an hour based on experience

Sign-On Bonus:

Full-time RN, LPN, CNA - $2,500.00 paid in two quarterly payments of $1,250.00.

Part-time RN, LPN, CNA - $1,500.00 paid in two quarterly payments of $750.00.

It also offers a child care center for infant to preschool children, comprehensive care for veterans, STARS adaptive sports program, adult day health care program, dental clinic, aquatic therapy and a wellness and aquatic center.
